- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Red food coloring (optional)

Instructions:

1. Follow the same marinating and refrigeration process as the pork tocino.
2. Cook the marinated slices in a skillet until they achieve a delightful caramelized glaze.
